Description :	Retable en pierre badigeonné en gris. Une ancienne polychromie apparaît par endroit. Le retable se compose de deux colonnes cannelées à chapiteau corinthien supportant un entablement orné d'angelots, de rosaces en forme de fleurs à cinq pétales, de volutes et de denticules. Il est surmonté d'un fronton triangulaire, brisé pour y placer une niche.

Historique :	Retable du 17e siècle. Statue du 15e siècle. Tableau de la fin du 17e siècle-début du 18e siècle. Autel et tabernacle du 19e siècle (1872 ?). La tradition locale attribue le tableau, ni signé ni daté, à Jacques Machavoine, peintre de l'Académie royale, originaire de Poilly et 'inhumé dans l'église de cette paroisse devant l'autel de la sainte Vierge le 8 juillet 1721'. Mais rien ne le prouve. La confrérie du Rosaire fut néanmoins établie au 17e à Poilly. Ce tableau est bien dans le style de la fin du 17e ou du début du 18e, mais rien ne permet d'affirmer qu'il est l'oeuvre de Machavoine.
