Description :	A effigie gravée. Dalle fendue en plusieurs parties rescellées. Chevalier revetu de son armure, l'épée au côté avec les gantelets attachés à la poignée ; son casque à gauche près de ses pieds qui reposent sur un chien ; deux angelots soutiennent le coussin sur lequel s'appuie la tête découverte. Ecussons à hauteur de la ceinture.
