Historique :	Monseigneur André Colbert, 102e évêque d'Auxerre, fait effectuer la transition des reliques de saint Caradeu dans la nouvelle châsse qu'il a commandé avec la vérification du certificat du 21 mars 1612 authentifiant lesdites reliques.

Précision sur_l'état :	Oeuvre restaurée en 2014 par Stéphane Christophory.
Précision_sur la representation :	Châsse couronnée de la statuette de saint Caradeu. L'ornementation est symétrique, elle comprend des feuilles d'acanthes et de lauriers, des baies, des rubans et des fleurs de tournesols. Ouvertures ovales de chaque côté présenté par des angelots avec des ailes et une chevelure bouclée.
